Sort Strategy: Keep, Donate, Recycle, Waste
We work to a four-bin sort: items you want to keep get bagged and re-stored or moved to a designated room; donations go to local charity partners; recyclables (electricals, metals, paper) to council facilities; only true waste to licensed transfer.
Hazardous & Restricted Items
We're trained to identify and safely handle asbestos cement (older water tanks, flue pipes), lead flashing, paints, solvents and pre-2007 electricals. Hazardous waste is documented and disposed of through licensed routes.
Contamination & Vermin
Loft droppings, insulation contamination and dead vermin are removed in sealed bags using PPE. We flag the contamination type so you can book pest control if active infestation is suspected.
Estate Clearances
Bereavement clearances are handled with care and discretion. We photograph and inventory before disposal, hold items for family review where requested, and never rush.
Combining With Boarding & Insulation
Most clearances are booked as a precursor to boarding, insulation top-up or foil lining. Bundling typically saves 15–20% versus separate trips.
Waste Transfer Documentation
Every clearance generates a Waste Transfer Note and digital photo record — your legal proof of compliant disposal, retained for two years.
