Loft Kings was founded in Solihull in 2013 after years of seeing the same problem: homeowners paying for loft work, then discovering 12 months later that their insulation had been crushed flat, their hatches were unsafe, or their boarded floor sagged the moment a Christmas tree box landed on it.

Every boarded loft sits on a purpose-built raised sub-frame so your 270mm insulation keeps performing — never compressed under chipboard.
Joist-loaded, not ceiling-loaded
We assess every joist before quoting. Loads transfer to load-bearing structure, never to plasterboard ceilings that crack under weight.
Ventilation maintained, always
Eaves stay clear. We add over-board vents where needed so your loft stays dry — no condensation, no damp staining, no rotten timbers in 5 years.
