- Job details you share (loft photographs, property type, service requested)
- Communications history (emails, call notes, quote correspondence)

- To respond to enquiries and arrange surveys (lawful basis: legitimate interest)
- To prepare and deliver written quotations (lawful basis: pre-contract)
- To complete agreed work and provide aftercare (lawful basis: contract)
- To comply with HMRC and statutory record-keeping (lawful basis: legal obligation)
4. How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that don't progress are deleted within 12 months. Customer records (jobs completed, invoices) are retained for 6 years to comply with HMRC. Photographs may be retained anonymously for portfolio use unless you opt out.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with: our accountants (HMRC compliance), email/calendar providers (Google Workspace) and payment processors when you pay an invoice. All third parties are GDPR-compliant.
